Blue Fringe's ‘Tour Downunder' got into the swing of things with a memorable song-filled Shabbos Dinner hosted by Rabbi Shalom and Odeya White.

Warren Meyer (ex. Perth) of Point Zero Youth Initiative (a Melbourne based organisation), who accompanied Blue Fringe to Perth, gave an extremely interesting talk on Shabbos afternoon on his organisation's approach to dealing with Drugs, Alcohol and Cults – hopefully paving the way for his organisation's future association with the local community.

Then on Sunday, as the lead performance in the Inaugural Justin Saber Memorial Concert , Blue Fringe performed LIVE IN CONCERT at the Subiaco Theatre – an unforgettable evening for Perth's Jewish Community.

Almost 300 people turned up to witness the soothing sounds of local talent Soul Experience followed by the infamous New York City based Blue Fringe.

Perth's own ‘music-man' Shaun Cartoon performed a song that he specially wrote in memory of Justin Saber and was later invited onto stage to perform with Blue Fringe.

Jazzy base, electric guitars and funky tunes, mixed with an enthralled audience, dancing in the aisles, clapping, singing and ever so exhilarated - the air was absolutely electric.

Proceeds from the evening will go to the Jewish Youth of WA in the form of Habonim Dror, Bnei Akiva, AUJS, The Justin Saber Youth House and the Community Security Group.
